For those who have not had the pleasure of reading my novel, here’s a quick blurb: Trish and Nikki are two girls who live in a foster home when a boy joins the family. Or does he? And something about Trish: “Trish had worked at the local diner during most of her high school years. Over the years, Tex, the owner, had begun to trust her and slowly gave her duties leading the business. As she became more adept at running the small business, he began thinking about retirement. He had no family and, over the years, felt more paternal toward Trish. He appreciated her drive, sensible attitude, and work ethic. For her part, Trish continued to work at the restaurant because it was a sure thing, and she came to like the other employees.”
