And the quilting is done on one improv BOM top

I know, I know. All the details get a blog post. Well, yeah, because while I’m awfully busy, there’s not much to write about. I did spend the morning downloading photos of the quilts on Pinterest, then uploading them to a post so that eventually I’ll have a portfolio on this blog. But an hour into the project, I realized that I was uploading them into the wrong type of post or whatever.

Dang it! And I had found an efficient, though boring, system of uploading from phone to blog. Of course, I spent 30 minutes trying to find a workaround. I didn’t. So it was back to the beginning.

But I digress. The purpose of this post is not to complain. (But thanks for sitting it out.) The actual purpose is to show off my quilting! I combined feathers (in the tan background) with ruler work (in the blocks). Feathers are fast and fun, so I’m considering just all-out feathers on the pink and green quilt. Remember it?

Do the quilting lines show better in black and white?
That pink and green quilt is still not put together, though I was working on it at some point because several rows are finished. Maybe soon.

Have a great week. I am mostly helping my husband after his hip replacement surgery on Monday. So I don’t see any sewing, or quilting, or fun for that matter happening this week.
